what i'm thinking

I have been watching some of the latest updates with AI in the art sphere and part of me can understand the concern that people express, but some part of me thinks we'll be okay? for now? I don't know if my feelings will change, but at the moment AI couldn't completely replace the things that I do technically let alone my own concepts. there is value in the things that come from human beings. now, when it comes to having something like your voice replicated, it's understandable to be unsettled. but what if I already had a voice that sounded like yours? I get spammed with the 4 perfectly curated viral videos showing off a guy that sounds exactly like Post Malone. what's the mouth feel on that one? from what I saw, people really dug it. if I trained a model on that guy with his full permission, now what's the mouth feel? how does it hold up against AI Post?
I truly believe a designer that utilizes AI will forever be more valuable than a non-designer utilizing AI. watching Adobe's generative vector AI just feels like they took generating an image and ran it through their already-there image tracing technology. until that improves, there is still a hill to climb to reach a point where you can edit the outputs efficiently.

collage study:
prompt: imagine a photograph of a volkswagen bus, cut out ((collage of planets, butterflies, mushrooms)), ((circle backdrop)), postmodern layout, ((neon colors)), ((1970s)), retro, newspaper clipping assemblage
cut out seems to work nicely for clippings of objects and swapping out the ((emphasized objects)) works as intended.
